We believe that drinking green smoothies actually makes you more beautiful. Because green smoothies work on your health from within. They get your digestive system going, help the intestines clean out toxins, nourish the cells with the necessary vitamins and minerals to renew and provide you with direct energy.

With one smoothie you get so many vitamins, minerals, fibers, antioxidants, enzymes and countless more good substances. Leafy green vegetables convert sunlight into energy, energy that we can immediately feel when we eat (or drink) these plants raw. By blending, the plant cells are broken down in such a way that our body can digest and absorb them even more easily.
In a green smoothie you combine (leaf) vegetables with fresh fruit. You can make the smoothie as green as you want and you can build this by adding more and more green and less fruit. Green smoothies are the perfect start to the day, but also a nice energy boost in the afternoon.
