Do you still have an old MEMBER Card (black)?
The old MEMBER cards can no longer be used. Before you go shopping at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet, first go to the Information Centre to exchange your old card with a new Fashion Club Card. You credit balance will automatically be transferred to your new card. Do you remember the e-mail address that is linked to your old card? Download the Fashion Club app and log in with this e-mail address. Your old MEMBER Card with the credit balance is automatically converted to a new card. You can scan your app at all participating stores.
Every time you shop at participating Fashion Club stores, you save 5% of the total purchase amount as credits. You can then redeem your saved credits to receive up to 25% additional savings on your purchases at participating stores. You also receive invitations to exclusive events, are the first to know about new stores, and receive discounts with partners.
The Fashion Club is free and you can register here, via the Fashion Club App, at the Information Centre or at one of the participating stores.
It is important to know that your saved credit expires when the Card is not scanned within one year after the last scan. Redeeming your credit is only possible on outlet price (30% discount) items. Your spent credit will not be refunded when you exchange or return and item. All the Terms & Conditions can be found here.

You can download the Fashion Club App and log in with your email address and password to use the digital version of your Card. If you prefer to use a physical Card, you should go to the Information Centre. If you register your new Card with the same email address used when you registered your old Card, your credit balance will automatically be booked to your new Card.
Go to the Information Centre or send an email to email@example.com to have your Card blocked from any further use. When you register a new Card, your credit balance will automatically be booked to your new Card.

Checking your credit balance is easy – you can view this on your phone if you have the Batavia Stad Fashion Club App, or you can login on our website and check your balance there. You can also scan your Card at participating stores or at the Information Centre to check your balance.
You can use your credits to receive up to 25% additional savings on the outlet price at participating stores. When items are already discounted, it is not possible to use your credit. Saving credit is always possible. You cannot pay your parking ticket with your credits.
It is not possible to redeem your credits at restaurants. The food & beverage establishments in the centre often have special deals for members. You can find the deals in the Fashion Club App.
Purchases can be returned or exchanged but the redeemed credits will not be refunded.
You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address and Fashion Club Card number. We will then remove your account from the program.
