Checking your credits balance is easy – you can view this on your phone if you have the Batavia Stad Fashion Club App, registered card holders will receive regular emails updating them or you can log onto our website and check your balance there.
Physical cards are available and will allow you to be part of the Batavia Stad Fashion Club. These are available from participating retailers as well as the Information Centre.
You can download the app on most smart phones. For Android devices it will need to be version 4.0 or later. The app is supported by iPhones with iOS7 or later.
If you already have a card and are switching to an app, all your credits will be automatically transferred from your card during the registration process. Please use the same email address you have used to register to obtain your card.
The loyalty app is available to everyone aged 16 and over. Retail staff and Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet employees are also eligible to use the scheme. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
At the Information Centre of Batavia Stad you can get your stolen card blocked. You can also mail the Information Centre through email@example.com in order to get your card blocked.
When you register for a new card, your accumulated balance can be transferred to your new card.

Your saved credits will stay valid for 12 months after your last transaction. When you haven't visited the Centre for more than a year, your credits will expire.
You can view your saved credits online by logging in here or download the app to see your balance.
No, it is not possible to redeem your saved credits at restaurants. Restaurants, however, do offer special deals to Fashion Club members frequently. These deals can be found in the App of Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet, which can be downloaded through the App Store or Play Store.
Purchases with the Fashion Club Card can be returned. When returning or exchanging, however, you will not get your used credits returned.
If you no longer wish to participate in the Fashion Club you can cancel your membership by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your name, e-mail and barcode of your Fashion Club Card. We will then process your request as soon as possible.
